These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using HipHipHip, including creating wishlists, sharing birthday pages, sending Hoorays, and receiving payouts.

By creating an account or using HipHipHip, you agree to these Terms.

HipHipHip is a platform designed to make birthday gifting more personal and meaningful.

It allows users to create birthday profiles and wishlists, share them with friends and family, receive gifts or Hoorays, and access available payouts where supported.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account. You are also responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Please don't:

• Create an account using someone else's identity
• Provide deliberately misleading information
• Share your login credentials
• Use Hoorays for unlawful purposes

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

You are responsible for the information and content you add to HipHipHip, including:

• Your name
• Profile picture
• Birthday
• Bio
• Wishlist items
• Birthday messages or other content you submit

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, misleading, discriminatory, or infringes another person's rights. You may edit or remove your content where the platform allows it.

Your Hoorays link is designed to be shared with friends, family, and other people you want to celebrate with.

Remember that anyone with access to a public link may be able to view the information you've chosen to make available. You are responsible for deciding where and with whom you share your link.

Where monetary Hoorays and payouts are available, transactions would be processed through third-party payment providers.

Additional fees, limits, processing times, eligibility requirements, or verification requirements may apply.

Payouts may be subject to successful identity, account, payment, fraud, or compliance checks.

A payout may also be delayed, rejected, reversed, or restricted where required to comply with applicable law or to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.

We will communicate relevant payout information through the platform where reasonably possible.

You may not use HipHipHip to:

• Commit fraud or financial abuse
• Impersonate another person
• Harass or threaten others
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Circumvent platform security
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Manipulate transactions or Hooray activity
• Abuse promotional or referral systems

We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

HipHipHip and its underlying technology, branding, designs, graphics, content, and features belong to HipHipHip or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit HipHipHips' intellectual property without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload to HipHipHip.

By uploading content, you give HipHipHip permission to host, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the service.

HipHipHip may connect you with third-party services, including payment providers, authentication providers, or other external services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, policies, or actions of third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate an account if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraud or abuse
• Your activity creates a security or legal risk
• We are required to do so by law

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and information about the reason for the action.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HipHipHip will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

As HipHipHip grows, these Terms may need to change.

When we make significant changes, we will provide appropriate notice.

Continuing to use HipHipHip after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
